All pricing is per day and subject to availability.

 
Minimum rental period is 24 hours (unless stated otherwise)

 
All rentals include insurance (subject to excess), breakdown cover, mileage and VAT.

Collision Damage Waiver may be available – please ask for details. 
Additional Drivers are acceptable at an additional cost of £2.50 per day.

Age restrictions

Drivers must be aged between 23-75.

Drivers must have held a full licence and been driving for at least two years and have a reasonably clean driving licence, most endorsements are acceptable subject to clearance.

Foreign Licence Rules

We must be able to read and understand the licence presented and establish it is valid. We can not accept an International Drivers Permit on it's own without the original under any circumstances. European Licences with the EU symbol are fine without an International licence. IDP's are intended for the purpose of translation. The onus is on the Renter to provide a translation to confirm all our Insurance Risk questions.

Weekend Rentals

We offer 'single day' weekend rentals on all our vehicles with a £10.00 premium on cars & a £15.00 premium on Vans, this is in addition to the daily rate and also applies on Bank holidays.

24-7 Telephone service

 
We will answer all phone calls 24-7 and open on Saturdays & Sundays for both collection & returns.

Our normal weekend hours are 09.00 to 10.00 and 18.00 to 19.00 but we can accomodate most requirements.

Mileage allowance

 
We offer an inclusive mileage allowance on all rentals of 200 miles per day 1050 per week with a small excess mileage charge.

Fuel

 
We operate a Full to Full fuel policy with all our vehicles being full of fuel at collection.

We charge £10 plus VAT for refueling, with fuel at cost, for vehicles not refuelled on return.

Out of hour returns

We do not allow 'out of hour' drop offs of return vehicles, without prior agreement.

All rental vehicles are the renters responsibility until checked in by an employee of the company.
